Having taken some time off in December to spend time with Mark in Singapore, and various friends’ birthdays etc, I didn’t so much mind working over Christmas a bit on the Make Up Store’s ‘Frozen Diamond’ fashion shows spanning 4 days.

The concepts were amazing and showcased the Make Up Store’s new line of make up fantastically. The shows had such an amazing vibe and buzz aboutthem making it so much fun over the festive period.

The models were great as always and the clothes were fantastic xxx

Giftie’s Beautiful Wedding at the Racha

Having had a trial with lovely Gift, we’d already gotten to know each other and I had such a lovely day getting her ready for her big day.

She had her wedding at the stunning Resort The Racha, on Racha Yai Island just off Phuket.

She had a beautiful day and opted for a soft up do using her natural hair extensions, with natural curls and natural make up also.

“It was such a joy working with Lisa. You can feel her warmth as soon as you meet her. She takes time to go over what you want and what she plans to do and feel your style. I have a birthmark on the nap of my neck that Lisa used the airbrush to cover it and as a foundation on my face, and it came out flawless. Black Is Back Fashion Show at Da Vinci’s

Yesterday I worked on a huge fashion show here in Phuket, Black is Back at Da Vinci’s in Naiharn. As major sponsors, The Make Up Store provided me with their team of make up artists, as well as the other hair and make up artists I had hired for the job.

The event was an absolute sell out success with designs from 2 leading fashion houses in Bangkok and fashion designers here in Phuket, including Noelle Adam.

I was so happy with the hair and make up concept we had designed for the show, they all came together perfectly with the clothes and designers’ concept and vision.

Fashion Shoot with International Designer Noelle Adam

Today I worked on a fashion shoot with designer Noelle Adam for her new and up coming SS11 collection.

We did the shoot at her home here in Phuket with photographer Brent Madison and two models from Bangkok.

Noelle’s collection is absolutely stunning with some breathtaking pieces, amazing maxi dresses and gorgeous bikinis – I was almost more preoccupied with the clothes rather than the make up!

The pictures turned out wonderfully and I was so happy to be a part of this shoot for Noelle xxx

Stunning Amanda’s Wedding At SALA with Take Us to Thailand!

We always love working at SALA and today was no exception, Amanda and Todd were getting married up at SALA and with her 6 bridesmaids, we had our work cut out!

Amanda and the girls were stunning and the bridesmaids opted for a natural side bun and smokey eye make up whilst Amanda went for really soft curls half up and half down, and a more silvery grey smokey eye.

Amanda’s dress was perhaps one of the most stunning we have seen and suited her perfectly, we even had time to get some fantastic pics.

Sherene’s Chapel Wedding at Laguna

Sherene and her wonderful family and friends had their wedding up at Laguna Chapel.

I had had a trial with Sherene previously so knew exactly what look of hair and make up she was going for.

She wanted soft curls for her hair and bronze, gold, light brown tones for her eyes to just embellish her eyes.

Her hair style went beautifully with her dress and she looked stunning as she walked out the door.

I was lucky enough to have more photo opportunities with Sherene the following day.

Yujin Lee’s Wedding at the Phuket Yacht Club in Naiharn

We had a wonderful wedding today at the different venue of the Yacht Club on Naiharn beach – a beautiful setting overlooking the bay and ocean.

Yujin wanted very simple natural hair and make up, to complement her dress which was so elegant and sleek – a mermaid shape with crossover plunging neckline.

Her bridesmaids had beautiful coral coloured dresses and we did similar make up to brighten their faces, going for the dewy, fresh faced glow.

A beautiful wedding and a wonderful day xxx

Eliza’s Wedding at Bundarika Chapel

Gina and I had a wedding up at Bundarika Resort and Spa today, which is just slightly North of Laguna and South of the Airport, a beautiful new resort which has stunning rooms, a wedding chapel set on the hill over looking the private bay and a quiet beach.

Eliza and I had been in touch for a while and she wanted a really funky hair style and creative make up. She has such long thick beautiful hair, which I wove into a bun/up do style to accentuate the highlights she had in her hair.

She wanted really different make up which looked really good on her and she looked fantastic as she set off to get married. Thanks also to Gina Smith for wonderful photography as always!! xxx
